Return Policy
At NOEMIE ELICHA SWIMWEAR, our customers’ satisfaction is our absolute priority.
NOEMIE ELICHA SWIMWEAR only accepts returns and refunds in Israel.
All returns must be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law No. 5741-1981.
Items must be returned undamaged, unworn, in their complete original packaging, including the tag and hygiene label not removed, and including the invoice. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
The Customer must send us an email at sav@noemieelichashop.com within seven (7) days following receipt of their order to notify us of the return and obtain the necessary information for returning the product.
Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that the customer make the return using a solution that allows package tracking. Any defect resulting from the Customer’s carelessness or incorrect handling cannot be attributed to the Seller.
The Customer may refuse a package at the time of delivery if they notice an anomaly concerning the delivery. Any anomaly must then be indicated by the Customer on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations, accompanied by the customer’s signature.
In case of package loss by postal services, Noemie Elicha Swimwear will not be held responsible in any way.
To exercise their right of refusal, the Customer must open the damaged or defective package(s) in the presence of the carrier and have them take back the damaged merchandise.
If the Customer’s package is returned to the seller by the Post Office or other postal service providers, the Seller will contact the Customer upon receipt of the returned package to ask them what they wish to do with their order. If the Customer refused the package by mistake, they may request that it be resent by paying in advance the postage fees for the new shipment. Postage fees must be paid even for orders where shipping costs were free at the time of ordering.
Exchange – Credit
We do not offer exchanges or store credit, only refunds. If the Customer wishes to have another product, the Customer simply needs to return their item and then place a new order.
Refund
The refund, subject to acceptance of the return, will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during their initial order.
Delivery
Delivery Conditions
The Seller commits to delivering the products as soon as possible and at the latest within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after the order is placed. Please note that NOEMIE ELICHA will not be held responsible if an item in transit is reported lost or stolen.
All merchandise on the site is in stock. It may happen due to popularity, or for any other reason, that an item is temporarily out of stock. We will do our best to inform you if this occurs with your order.
Israel:
Standard delivery by ISRAEL POST from 2 to 5 business days – 35 NIS
Pickup points by appointment in Tel Aviv, Ra’ananna, Jerusalem – free
International:
Standard delivery by ISRAEL POST: 2 to 3 business weeks – 65 NIS
Free delivery in Paris at a pickup point, arranged in advance before the sale via the Instagram account @noemieelichaswimwear No package will be shipped free to Paris without payment of the order and written confirmation by the customer service of Noemie Elicha Swimwear.
These rates and timeframes are provided for informational purposes. Shipping costs may be modified depending on the desired destination and the number of items ordered affecting the package weight, as determined on the site and/or through communication between the parties at the time the order is placed.
All international packages may potentially be subject to taxes and customs duties upon arrival in the destination country and are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.
